7th Main, 3rd Cross, Vijayanagar, Bengaluru – 560040, I hereby
give you the notice of the following.

1. My client had institute a consumer complaint before the IV
Addl District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Bengaluru
in CC.No:79/2023 for several relief as enumerated in the
Judgment/Order passed by the IV Addl District Consumer Dispute
Redressal Commission dated: 29.02.2024 Ordering to pay Rs.
4,43,000/- along with interest @ 9% p.a from the date of receipt
till entire payment made, further compensation of Rs.50,000/- for
deficiency of service, Rs.20,000/- for pain and suffering, along
with Rs.10,000/- towards cost of proceeding be payable by the 1
to 3 stated above. And Further the above 1 to 3 were directed to
comply the said order within 45 days from the date of other. As
such the total amount is Rs.5,23,000/- and also 9% p.a from the
date of receipt till the entire payment is made.

2. My client states that in view of the said Judgment/Order in

CC.no: 79/2023, the above 1 to 3 have not complied to the said
order passed by the IV Addl District Consumer Dispute Redressal
Commission. Hence this notice.

WHEREFORE the above 1 to 3 stated above is called upon to

comply the order passed by the IV Addl District Consumer Dispute
Redressal Commission in CC.No: 79/2023 dated: 29.02.2024
forthwith, failing which my client will take appropriate legal steps
for the execution of the said Judgment/Order at your costs.

The charges of this notice is Rs.10,000/- payable by you.
