Sub: Non compliance of the order passed by the Hon’ble High

Court of Karnataka in WP.No:16911/2021

Sir, Under the instructions from my client Sri. Kenchavira

Shivacharya Swamigalu, Ramalingeshwara Mutt Haranahalli,
Shivamoga Taluk represented by his GPA holder Sri. P.M.
Revanna, S/o Late Muthaiah Aged about 76 years, R/at
Punugamaranahalli, Tavarakere Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, I
hereby give you the notice as follows

1. My client submits that an appeal was filed before your

authority in RA.No:255/2011-12 by the earlier Sri Gangadhara
Shivacharya Swamigalu Pitadipathi and now presided by Sri.
Kenchavira Shivacharya Swamigalu, Ramalingeshwara Mutt
Haranahalli, Shivamoga Taluk represented by his GPA holder Sri.
P.M. Revanna, against the order passed by the Tahsildar
Bangalore South, in respect of RRT/CR/TH-27/2011 dated:
30.08.2011. but till date the said appeal has not been disposed
off.

2. My client submits that my client has approached the Hon’ble

High Court of Karnataka in WP.No:16911/2021 (KLR-RES),
wherein the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka on 24.11.2022
passed an order directing the appeal to be disposed off within 3
months. Copy of the said order is produced herewith and marked
as Document No.1.

3. My client submits that the said appeal RA.No:255/2011-12 is

still kept in pending under reserved for orders and in utter

violation of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of

Karnataka in WP.No:16911/2021. As such the act of you is
nothing but violation of the direction issued which is nothing but
contempt of court. As such my client intends to initiate contempt
proceedings against you for disobeying the order passed by the
Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka. As such it is informed to you
why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against you for
which you are liable for all expenses, costs, etc.
