THE PRESENT CASE

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That, the present case is pending adjudication and is

now listed on 19.04.2024.

2. That, with the interference of the family members,

relatives, and friends, both the parties to the petition
have amicably settled all their differences arising out
of their matrimonial discord. A copy of the
MOU/Settlement Deed dated 16.03.2024 is annexed
herewith as ANNEXURE P-1.
 3. That, the contents of the above-mentioned
MOU/Settlement Deed may be read as part and
parcel of the present application, and the same are
not repeated herein for the sake of brevity.

4. That, in the light of the above said MOU/Settlement

Deed, the petitioner seek liberty to withdraw the
present petition, the said decision is out of free will,
without coercion or pressure etc. from any party.

PRAYER

In the light of facts and circumstances stated above, it is

requested that the hon’ble court may be pleased to:-

i. Allow the petitioner to withdraw the present petition in

the interest of justice.

ii. Pass any other further orders as this this Hon’ble Court
deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of
the case.

SECOND FLOOR, NANGAL DEWAT, VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI
- 110070 aged around 41 years, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:

1. That, I am the Petitioner/Applicant in the above noted

case and am well conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the case and am also competent to
swear the present affidavit.

2. That, the contents of the accompanying application under

Section 151 C.P.C., have been drafted by counsel, the
contents whereof may be read as part and parcel of the
present affidavit as the same are not repeated herein for
the sake of brevity.

3. That, I have read and understood the accompanying

application and the contents whereof are true and correct
to my knowledge.
