A RESOLUTION ON REQUESTING FOR ACCESS ON SCHOOL DATA AND

INFORMATION

WHEREAS, the SGC as the highest school governing body can have access to
information relevant to school;

WHEREAS, one way to be doing such is participation to School PIRPA;

WHEREAS, the SGC through this resolution is requesting to be updated on the

school information by attending to SPIRPA and other school related activities
concerning access on data and information;

WHEREAS, the School Governing Council through the motion of Reed Cervantes
requests for the school that SGC be updated and be able to access on the School
Data and Information;

WHEREAS, the SGC will attend the call for all school activities on Access to data and
information;

WHEREAS, on motion of MR. LEO E. ALAYON, SGC Designated Co-

Chairperson and duly seconded by the body, the SGC will request for the
access to data and Information through SPIRPA;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT SGC as indicated in its action plan

be allowed to access the data and information of the school.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the SGC be furnish a copy of Quarterly SPIRPA and
other data that can be assessed.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING

RESOLUTION.
