Definition of CPCTC
CPCTC stands for Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles are
Congruent. If two triangles are congruent then their corresponding parts are
congruent as well. CPCTC can also be used to find the measures of angles and
to show that lines or segments are parallel or perpendicular.
Example:
Corresponding angles of the triangles are congruent.
