 Project Description

Project Setup Details:

• Fetch the data from Engine, Sensors, switches, Battery, Navigation &
Communication equipment of FIC.
• Collect this data & Save it on to the server on FIC.
• This data is then gets transferred to the Server placed on Wharf & the server in
the Main building. Transfer of data takes place once the FIC is on the Wharf. FIC
is connected in real time & it can send & receive data from servers only if it is on
Wharf.
• Data computing & storage is done in the server in main building.
• Main Building Server & Server on the Wharf is connected through Cable. Client
will make this connections available.
• Interface will be provided on the main Building, Wharf & all FICs.

• Engine Parameters.
• Fuel Status.
• Water & lubricant Status.
• Battery Status.
• Communication Equipment Status (VHF, UHF).
• Switches Status.
• Lamp Status.
• Navigation Equipment Status (Only running status)

SmartBizz Offers Hardware:

• Each FIC will have Industrial Server & interface module. Server will have
Wi-Fi Connectivity. It can receive Digital inputs, Analog Input signals &
Data on Serial Port.
• Hardware on FICs & Wharf will have worthiness for the climate
conditions on the shore & off the shore.
• Server & Interface will be available on Wharf to communicate with FICs
& Main Server in the main Building.
• Main server in the building can communicate with Server on the Wharf.
It can execute test cycles on FICs through Server on the Wharf.

Data Security:
• Complete system will be on secured Intranet.
• Data will be transferred between the server on Secured Wi-Fi. (eg. WAP3)
• Wi-Fi security will be compliant with norms of Defense standards.
• No external or proxy connections will be allowed to the servers or any devices.
• Copy of Main Server data can be transferred to another designated
PC/ERP/Server of client on defined schedule for the backup purpose.
