1) Explain how this course enhance your knowledge in managing an event?

This course help me how to deliver and access dynamic events such as concert, festival, virtual event,
exhibition and how to dealing with a large event. Besides that, learn the principles of managing large events
while concentrating on the elements that make events distinctive, such as venue, decorations, food selection
and entertainment. In addition to this, I learn how to hosting a virtual event during pandemic and effectively
promote the event, engage with attendees and create memorable moments for attendees. Moreover,
through this course it give me the confidence to take on projects from inception to delivery
understanding all aspects of the event planning process and business management.

2) Describe three (3) skills that you have learned in order to organize a successful event.

Skills that I has learned in order to organize a successful this event is communication skills to ensure
everybody involved in the event understands their role and carry out work and achieve the goals.
Communication skills is important at every stage from initial development, marketing and promotion
through to the event itself. Event organizers need to listen to audiences and plan events that meet their
needs

Second skills that I has learned in order to organize a successful event is organizational skills to keeping
your team informed, adhering to timelines, budgets, and appointments as well as keeping important
documents and information organized. Besides that, organization skills needed to be successful in event
planning including preparing and planning for the event, arranging and coordinating people, and time
management.

Last but not least, the skills that I has learned in order to organize a successful event is technical skills.
From using social media to send out invites or generate interest in your event, to setting up audio,
visuals, and atmospheric lighting, you’ll be using technology to support event.

3) Provide suggestions to improve learning experience of this course.

In my opinion to improve learning experience from this course is during class everyone should open
their camera to communicate with each other and make the lesson more lively and interactive. In
addition provide quiz like kahoot and reward for student who get higher mark.
