Itinerary in Detail
Day 01 MUMBAI – AUCKLAND
Assemble at Mumbai International airport to board your most preferred airlines- Singapore
Airlines or Malaysian Airlines, you may please check with our sales team for further flights
info. Upon arrival in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur we shall connect for your onward flight for
Auckland. Spend overnight in the flight.

Day 02 ARRIVE AUCKLAND


Kia Ora!! Welcome to Auckland, New Zealand. Upon arrival in Auckland after clearing your
customs & immigrations you shall proceed to board your private luxurious coach & proceed to
check in to the hotel (official check in time after 1400 hrs). Post check in & rest at the hotel, late
in the afternoon you shall proceed for the Auckland city tour which shall include visit to the main
observation deck of Sky Tower – A truly captivating experience awaits its visitors, standing at
328 meters – tallest man-made structure in New Zealand, offering breathe taking views for upto
80 KMs in every direction, continue orientation tour including Mt. Eden, Tamaki Drive, Savage
Points, Domain Parks, view of the Harbour Bridge, Mission Bay etc. Also immerse yourself in the
world of New Zealand rugby at the All-Blacks Experience- state-of-the-art attraction takes you
on a captivating journey through the history, culture, and passion of the legendary All Blacks rugby
team. From interactive exhibitions and the powerful Haka Theatre to testing your skills in
interactive zones, this immersive experience offers a thrilling encounter with the sport.
Later you shall proceed to enjoy the delicious Indian dinner at the restaurant & spend overnight in

Day 03 AUCKLAND – BAY OF ISLAND


After having breakfast at the hotel, you shall proceed to Bay of Islands—Paihia, take a trip to two
of the most picturesque areas on New Zealand’s North Island. The Bay of Islands is known for its
spectacular rock formations and diverse marine life a visit to this beautiful spot and you’ll find
more than 140 islands and the famous ‘Hole in the Rock’ formation. Upon reaching the Bay of
Islands you shall proceed to check into the hotel. You can enjoy the optional Jet Ski, sky dive &
other activities offered by the resort & the area. Enjoy dinner at the hotel & spend overnight in

Day 04 BAY OF ISLAND


After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed to enjoy the views from catamaran (cruise)
Dolphin seeker as we journey right to the end of the Cape Brett Peninsula, to the famous Hole in
the Rock on Motukokako Island. Afternoon return back to the hotel, spend remainder of the day
at leisure & spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 05 BAY OF ISLAND – ROTORUA


After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed to Rotorua - one of New Zealand’s most
popular tourist spots and the capital of Maori culture. You may notice a faint smell of sulphur as
you enter the city; it’s home to geothermal parks bursting with clouds of steam, bubbling pools of
mud, sulphurous crater lakes of vibrant greens and orange. Continue to check in to the hotel,
spend time for relaxation, enjoy dinner at the restaurant & spend overnight at hotel.

Day 06 ROTORUA
After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed for Rotorua attractions including:
Agrodome Sheep Show where you’ll hear amazing facts & few laughs as you’re introduced to
19 different breeds of sheep.
Te Puia home of the pohutu Geyser is largest active geyser in the southern hemisphere & the
most photographed attraction in Rotorua.
Evening return back to the hotel for relaxation before enjoy Indian dinner.

Day 07 ROTORUA – WAITOMO CAVES – AUCKLAND
After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed to the city of Auckland by road. En-route we
shall stop at the Waitomo Glow-worm Caves- Waitomo is a village whose name comes from
the Maori words wai (water) and tomo (hole). It has rolling green hills that house a superb
underground secret – a maze of caves, sinkhole and underground rivers. Take a boat ride through
the Waitomo Caves for a unique experience as your surroundings light up with the flicker of
thousands of luminescent glow-worms.
Post completion of the caves & boat tour we shall continue towards Auckland. We shall check into
the hotel, spend day at leisure, enjoy Indian dinner & spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 08 AUCKLAND – QUEENSTOWN


After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed to the Auckland airport to board our flight for
Queenstown- it’s stunning scenery, huge range of activities and renowned warm welcome cement its
reputation as New Zealand’s favourite visitor destination. Surrounded by majestic mountains & set on the
shores of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu creating perfect holiday backdrop full of adventure & relaxation.
Arrive Queenstown, proceed to board your coach for transfer to the hotel for check in. We shall
enjoy dinner & spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 09 QUEENSTOWN – TE ANAU – MILFORD SOUND – QUEENSTOWN


After having morning breakfast we proceed for whole day excursion to Milford Sound Cruise-
witness towering cliffs and peaks – including the much photographed and iconic Mitre Peak that rises much
more than a kilometre straight out of the sea & the waterfalls cascade into the fjords. Enjoy the scenic
cruise with lunch served on board, post completion return to Queenstown for dinner. Enjoy Indian
dinner & spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 10 QUEENSTOWN
After having morning breakfast we shall proceed for the city tour of Queenstown, which includes,
Arrow Town, View of Bungy Jumping, you can also enjoy the thrilling Kawarau Jet Boat ride for
30 mins- one of the must do jet boating experience while in Queenstown, the ride skims just
above the crystal blue Lake Wakatipu, followed by Kawarau river & Shotover river. We shall
continue and take the journey on the iconic Skyline Gondola up the Bob’s peak can also enjoy
the thrilling luge rides. Afternoon will be free for shopping. Enjoy dinner at hotel & spend
overnight in the hotel.

Day 11 QUEENSTOWN – WANAKA – QUEENSTOWN


After having morning breakfast we shall proceed for a day trip to Lake Wanaka- crystal clear
lakes and rivers are at the heart of outdoor lifestyle here, fed from the glaciers of the Mt. Aspiring
National Park. We shall also enjoy visit to the Puzzling World-has been messing with people’s
heads no matter what age, nationality or experience. With a mix of bizarre buildings, rooms of
illusion and the world-famous Great Maze this attraction is designed to baffle your brain and
challenge your perceptions of reality.
Enjoy the scenic drive, we shall also spend some free time in the town Lake Wanaka, stop by at
the beautiful lake side, return back to the hotel. Enjoy dinner & overnight in the hotel.

Day 12 QUEENSTOWN – TWIZEL – CHRISTCHURCH


After having breakfast we shall head to Christchurch via Twizel, South Island’s east coast and
discover the beautiful ‘Garden City’ of Christchurch, currently also the fastest growing city of New
Zealand after major earthquake in 2010. Enroute we shall enjoy the 20 Mins Helicopter Ride-
Sweep through the rugged high country landscape & mountain Range to a landing site on the
snowfield high in the mountains. Enjoy the fantastic vista from this alpine setting as you look out
to the mountains and glaciers, and down the valleys that were carved out by glaciers centuries
ago. We will continue towards our hotel for check in, spend remainder of the day at leisure, enjoy

Day 13 CHRISTCHURCH – HANMER SPRINGS – CHRISTCHURCH
After having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed for full day trip to Hanmer Springs Thermal
Pool & Spa- Play & Soak in the famous, mineral-rich waters in hot pools surrounded by native
gardens with mountain vistas. Find a waterspout or jet to soothe your aches and pains. Or, if you
have some energy to burn, hit the family leisure area. It’s complete with hydro slides, the South
Island’s only aqua thrill ride and freshwater pools featuring waterfalls, spouts and a giggle-filled
lazy river.
The resort town of Hanmer Springs is an attractive year-round holiday destination for adventure,
relaxation and indulgence. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and towering forests, this charming
town has a main street filled with boutique shops, cafes and eateries.
We shall also enjoy the fantastic International Antarctic Centre where you’ll visit ‘Antarctica’
the snow and ice experience, survive an Antarctic storm. Spend evening at leisure, enjoy dinner &
spend overnight in Christchurch.

Day 14 CHRISTCHURCH – MUMBAI


After having morning breakfast we proceed to Christchurch International Airport to board your
flight for Mumbai via Singapore / Auckland-Kuala Lumpur. Arrive Mumbai and return with Happy
Memories of the Tour.

PS groups operated on Malaysian will operate slightly on Auckland arrival day & Christchurch departure day. All the
sightseeing / inclusions will remain the same.

1) Breakfast: Cooked Vegetarian Breakfast will be provided as per the Hotel Menu. Indian breakfast
consisting 01 or 02 hot items like Upma, Poha, Idli / Uttampam / Medu wada with
chutney/sambhar etc along with Masala tea, Masala milk, khakhra (with methi sambhar
/ jeeralu), dry snacks etc shall be served. (Sub. to hotel permission)

2) Lunch: Afternoon lunch will of two or three items such as Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Bhel with
sandwiches, Chole-Puri, Biryani with Curd / raita, Handva etc. will be served along with
Soft Drinks, mithai from India. Will be served in picnic areas.

3) Dinner: Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel prepared by our chef or in Indian restaurant
with full set menu of that city.

If the group quota is over, we will advise price difference on current selling price or
different airline options with price difference if any.

8) Visa & Insurance: Visa Cost for New Zealand included in the above cost.
If the consulate rejects visas once, you are liable to pay the re-application visa fees.
Travel insurance for USD 50,000 included in the tour cost for ages upto 70 years, for
guests over 65 years of age difference shall be charged.

9) Sightseeing: Inclusions as mentioned in the above Itinerary.

10) Transportation: Private 22/32/34/42/48-Seater Coach depending on final group size.

13) Important Notes: Tour itinerary may change depending on airline / hotel availabilities. Standard hotel
check in time in New Zealand is after 1400 hrs, early check in will be requested for
required places, it is however subject to availability.

Necessary Information & Services
➢ There will be luggage handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport
where the passengers have to handle their own luggage on Trolley.

➢ Passengers having excess baggage of more than 20 KGs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage
charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 KGs per person is allowed.

➢ The temperature in New Zealand during October averages to 15 to 22 degrees. One jacket/sweater will
be recommended for this kind of weather.

➢ Tips are included in the tour cost.

➢ Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local
currency. (For e.g. Sky dive / Bungy Jump in Queenstown). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours
are non-refundable to the passenger.

➢ Helicopter ride is included in the tour cost with snow / alpine landing, incase if the weather is unfavorable
this activity may be cancelled by the helicopter ride operating company, moreover its upto the pilots
discretion to conduct snow landing / alpine landing, and the same may be decided on the day of flying,
voluntary cancelation of this ride will not be accepted on tour or on the day of this activity.

➢ All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 45 days prior to their tour departure failing to
which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.

➢ Incase of bad weather and non-operational of activities due to operational reasons refunds as per below
shall be applicable from Mumbai office: Adult Child

➢ Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television
channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will
have to pay before checking out. All Items of personal natures, Food & Drinks any other item not
mentioned in the Itinerary are to be paid by an individual.

➢ Any service from hotels, airlines, restaurants, transport etc is not the responsibility of Kulin Kumar Holidays
(KKHPL / KKTPL), hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be
provided.

➢ It is encouraged by consulate / embassy to not book flights / hotels without securing visitor’s visa. Booking
& enrolling for this trip does not mean visas are assured or guaranteed by Kulin Kumar Holidays, we will
only solicit the whole process & make application on client’s behalf. Timely delays / refusals / rejections
by consulate/embassy will attract cancelation charges for the tour/tickets etc booked, the clients will be
responsible to bear & pay the cancelation charges as per policy stated.

➢ For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with
the purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note shall be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01
year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.

➢ KKHPL holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage / property / passport / currency, injuries or death or
theft during the tour program. KKHPL is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals,
etc on behalf of it’s clients, KKHPL is not responsible for services offered by its service vendors.

➢ Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual
passenger are not included in the tour cost. Please note that as per information on 01-May-2023 there are
no departure fees/taxes to be paid by any traveller getting out of NZ or within NZ as per our itinerary.
