Instructions:
Candidate should bring the following documents at Rally Site:
(a) Online Admit Card.
(b) Original SSC / HSC and Higher education certificates, and mark sheets.
(c) Transfer / School leaving certificate in original or bonafied certificate from School / College.
(d) Class Certificate issued by the authorized signatory and Domicile / Nativity / Residence certificate duly signed by authorized signatory.
(e) Aadhaar Card as Identity proof.
(f) Minimum fifteen copies of latest passport size photographs (size 5 x 4 cm). Different / Computerized photographs will not be accepted. Photographs should not be attested.
Photograph with sunglass and cap will not be accepted. Face of the candidate must be very clear showing both ears.
(g) NCC Certificate, Sports Certificate, ITI (NTT) Certificate, IT Certificate from NIELIT and Relationship Certificate, as applicable.
(h) An Affidavit as per format: affidavit can be downloaded from website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
(j) Please take a good quality laser printer print out of the Admit Card.
(k) Do not fold your Admit Card.
