Dear Parent

Parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) are invaluable gatherings that promote collaboration

between parents and teachers for the betterment of students. These meetings allow open
communication to gain insights into your child's academic, social, and emotional
development and understand what contributes to their holistic development. By building
strong relationships and working together, parents and teachers create a supportive
environment that nurtures the overall development of the student.

With this goal in mind, we have organized the following activities for the PTM on Saturday,
May 18, 2024. The details are as follows:

Book Fair (All Classes)

Venue: Near Taxi Gate (Gate No. 2)

Session on ‘Preventing High Blood Pressure Among Young People’ by Dr. Sumit Malhotra
from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) (For students and parents of Classes VII
upwards)
Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)
Slot-1: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Slot-2: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Health check-up camp by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for all students
from VII upwards
Venue: Main School Quadrangle (MSQ)
A team of health experts from AIIMS will conduct free check-ups for students. The health
check-up camp is mandatory to be attended by students of Classes VII-VIII. All other students
can also avail this opportunity if time permits.

Nukkad Natak (Play) - Importance of Voting

Slot1: Main School Quadrangle (9.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.)
Slot 2: Main School Quadrangle (10.30 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.)
