SYNOPSIS

The project entitled “REAL ESTATE ONLINE BUSINESS” developed on

windows and mobile platform by using PHP and MYSQL as backend database.
We used PHP, DHTML, HTML, CSS as a programming language.

This project provides a platform for Broker to sell Properties on web based
platform.
This platform used for the purpose of buying and selling the legal properties
through website or mobile application.

This project as following modules:

1. Visitor
2. User/Customer
3. Admin

Visitor: He is a visitor to our website or mobile application. He has the following

options
Homepage, View properties, Select Area, Trending, Login, about us, Contact us.

User/Customer: He is a registered user on our website and he can get the detail
information regarding legal properties. If he/she likes they can register properties
through our website.
It has below modules:
Properties, Feedback, Complaint, logout.

Admin: Admin is the role with highest level of access to our website. Admin can
add properties on all pages and he can access all items in the tool bar.
It has bellow modules:
Add properties, view registers, view sales, view payments, logout.
