LAND MORTGAGE AGREEMENT

This Land Mortgage Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Mortgagor is the legal and registered owner of a certain piece of land
more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has agreed to loan the Mortgagor the sum of [Loan Amount in
Words and Figures] (the "Loan"), and the Mortgagor agrees to secure the repayment of

Terms and Conditions

Loan Amount: The Mortgagee agrees to loan the Mortgagor the sum of [Loan Amount in

Repayment Terms: The Mortgagor agrees to repay the Loan to the Mortgagee under the

other casualties, with the Mortgagee named as the loss payee.
Taxes and Assessments: The Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes, assessments, and other
charges against the Property before they become delinquent.
Possession and Use: The Mortgagor shall have possession of the Property until default,
but shall not use or permit the Property to be used for any illegal purpose.
Binding Effect: This Agreement shall bind and benefit both the Mortgagor and the
Mortgagee and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
