LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
1. Transcom Electronics Limited warrants that the product specified in this card is free from defects in material and workmanship .
2. This limited Warranty extends from the beginning date of original purchase and is valid as per the period mentioned in this warranty card .
3. When claiming Warranty, customers are required to show Warranty Card and /or Invoice Receipt as proof or purchase (In case of replacement
invoice copy must be submitted).
4. For product under warranty, Transcom Electronics Ltd. will undertake at its discretion repair, replacement or any warranty related activity
through any of its authorized Home Care Service Centers. No charge will be applicable for either parts or labor in repairing, replacing or
installing the product (except for conditions mentioned in clause 6 below). AIl replaced products/ parts shall become the property of Transcom
Electronics Ltd.
5. Altering, erasing or use fluid on guarantee card will not be acceptable.
6. This Limited warranty excludes the following:
a) Product/parts damaged or made defective due to natural wear and tear, improper electrical connection, lightening power surges, external cable
power surges, voltage fluctuations, damage caused by rodents/insects, abnormal conditions or Acts of God such as flood , fire, earthquake.
unauthorized installation/service/repair and any type of negligence/abuse/accident.
b) Any part of the product/parts has been tampered, altered, repaired or serviced by any personnel not authorized by the company.
c) External Accessories and parts such as antenna , batteries, cables, lock, remote controls and other consumables.
d) AlI plastic, glass and other external (aesthetic) parts and accessories (mentioned in Clause 6.c) must be checked prior to purchase. as the
company will not be responsible for any damage to these items/parts after delivery of the product.
e) During warranty service claim, transportation (freight) of product will be sole responsibility of the Customer except for specific product
category/model applicable as per company policy from time to time for which the company will take limited transportation responsibility (for further
