Mobile Equipment ~ means wheeled or track-mounted equipment such as teucks, dump tucks, front-nd loaders, dozer, buses, forklifts ight vehicles, te, ulizd és work tool and/or mode movin or transporting materials, loads or passengers, 3. Employees and contractors wil ensure they comply with ll requirements ofthis standard, They mustalso recognize that non-adherence to ths standard may result in ‘evoking driving righ in or even expulsion from the mine lease area. 4 Training Department: Will develop and provide Pit Driver Training and will, rmainain records forint diving authorization 5 Vehicle Driver and Passenger Guidelines ‘All employees and contractors requited to drive vehicle at FQM Trident Lid must meet the following requirement: ‘Successfully complete the basic driver competency assessment ‘Must hold valid Diver’ License forthe vehile category as per section I1 Pg.12 ‘The In-pit license will expire should the Driver's License expire within 2 yeas of binning the I-pit teense + Must abide by all he on-site and in-pit driving rules and regulations as outine in this procedure, + You must observe the national road traffic rules. Must have complet! the required training and havea vali driving perit for both ‘on-site and in-pit area(s) of operation ‘Active Mining Area Pit Induction and Pit Driving Permit.
