Rental Reminder
As a reminder to all homeowners about leasing your home, You may lease your home for an initial term of no less than 30 days unless there is prior written consent by the Board. Short term leasing, anything less than 30 days is not permitted. A copy of the lease must be brought to the Community Center if the tenant wishes to access the facility. Homeowners must relinquish their membership card to the tenant and there is a $75 transfer fee that must be paid prior to tenants receiving their membership cards.

1st Annual Turkey Trot A Success!


Over 30 Parkside kids participated in the 1st Annual Turkey Trot event on Saturday, November 19th! For only $2 per child and a canned food item donation, the kids

The Fun Van is returning to the Anthem Parkside Community Center! Families with children 5-years-old and younger are invited to participate in the program. Parents, join your pre-schoolers to get new pre-literacy skills. The Fun Van is funded through First Things First and uses the Parents as Teachers curriculum. Our purpose is to promote literacy in children ages 0-5, by promoting and using the curriculum, Parents as Teachers, said Apache Junction Library Fun Van team member Veralyn Johnson. Our goal is to support parents in their role as their childs first and most teachers. The Program includes a parent session, story time, craft, snack, free book and toy for the children to take home.

Monthly Casino Trip


All Parkside residents 21+ are invited every 2nd Monday of each month for a bus trip to the Lone Butte Casino and Wild Horse Pass Casino! You MUSt register with a $5 cash deposit to hold your spot on the bus. The bus will pick up at the Parkside Community Center at 9:00 am and returns at approximately 4:45 pm. You will get your $5 back when you get on the bus.
