Zambia Safety Communication Themes for 2024

General Notes:
The following needs to be included throughout 2024:
- Hazard identification
- MRTT
- Rotating themes outside of the TFDs. Example: Psychological Safety, Mental Health, Importance of Reporting Incidents, etc.

Jan 2024 Road Safety with a focus on TFD #4 – Mobile The festive season continues into January 2024 with some taking extended leave and
driver distractions, as well as Equipment distracted by the extended festivities. The intention would be to focus on operator/driver

storm.
Mar 2024 Communication & Teamwork TFD #2 – Working Easter is on 30 March. This holiday period is a focus on people’s minds, so it is important to
