The contractor shall submit a detailed, itemized quotation of the extra/credit/or no charge for the following work which shall
be subject to all the conditions, quality of workmanship and materials as described in the specifications for all trades for the
above mentioned project. This Notice of Change does not authorize the general contractor to proceed with the work or order
any materials unless instructed by a Change Order or by the Architect in writing.

RE AS ON - Revisions Axe Throwing door from slider to swing door based

on City of Vancouver comments.

1. Architectural ACN-09:

1.1  Refer to SKA-009 Part of A203 – 2 nd Floor Plan (8.5x11) for the
revised DS-07 Axe Throwing misc. metal door from sliding door to swing
door.
1.2  Refer to SKA-010 Part of A510 – Axe Throwing Details (11x17) for
the revised DS-07 Axe Throwing misc. metal door from sliding door to
swing door. Removal sliding door hardware and replace with 4 heavy
duty steel hinges to support door. Revised door size per the door details.

NOTE: GC to coordinate with Misc. Metal fabricator
