RFI 103 – There is an enclosed space on the southeast side of the freight elevator, accessible only through
the freight elevator door. Schindler's Project Manager expressed concern that the BC Safety Authority
might disapprove of this setup, even if the freight elevator door were secured to prevent opening on that
side. The concern is that a maintenance person could enter the space from the elevator but might be
unable to exit.
Instruction:
Please provide us with detail and pricing for Architectural (infill wall was added), Mechanical and Electrical
scope as per attached drawings.

2. Add a 3”⌀ floor drain.
3. Add a sprinkler head.
4. Refer to the architectural site instructions for the model number and manufacturer information of
the Mop sink.
5. The plumbing contractor to route the sanity pipe on the send floor ceiling space.
