Please see attached marked up drawings A1.03, A4.11 and M202.
Plumbing rough in for sinks can not be installed as shown on drawings due to level 2 floor joist directly below wall.
Possible solution is to build localized firring wall behind sinks in order to bring plumbing pipe south of floor joist.
