submit an itemized quotation for changes to the contract value and/or to the project schedule, and within 10 calendar days of the
date hereon.

Provide security hardware as described per attached IPS CCN No. 5 dated
Dec. 12, 2023 [5 pages].

ECCN 14 R1 - provide card reader for DP 203 generator room


WSP drawings are also attached to this document to make sure that all
the security dwgs are on one NOPC document. There are no changes
except the ECCN 14R1.
