2. Production time: 3 months after receiving the deposit and confirm the design.

3. Warranty period is 12 months,damage caused by improper human operation is not included.

Ⅱ- Terms and Conditions

1. Package: Nude.
2. Shipment way and Port of loading: From Shanghai by sea.
3. Delivery time: Within 3 months after receiving the deposit.
4. Minimum order quantity: 1set.
5. Price Validity: 20 days.
6. Payment term: 30% T/T of total invoice price as deposit, 70% T/T of total invoice price paid off before
shipping.
7. Guarantee period: The guarantee on all parts and components ex works is valid 12 months, Damage caused
by improper human operation is not included.
8. Installation and commissioning on Buyer’s site: During service engineer(s)’ stay in Buyer's site during
installation and commissioning, the Buyer needs to pay OUCO service engineer (s) : 300 USD/ 1 day/ 1
person.
9. The Buyer shall pay round tickets from China to Buyer's site for OUCO service engineer(s); and food,
hotel, local transportation from hotel to working site (and return) will be paid by the Buyer too.
10. Testing: Before shipment and during the fabrication process and testing in workshop, if Buyer inspects the

process, they shall pay travelling cost and hotel by their own, the Seller will arrange proper food during

Note: OUCO service engineer(s) only guide the installation and commissioning on Buyer’s site, the Buyer shall
arrange proper equipment and workers for the task.
