2023 passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and in terms of the Listing
Regulations hereby inform that the Adjudication Proceedings initiated by SEBI in terms of the Show
Cause Notice bearing reference no. SEBI/EAD-9/SCN/VKV-AKS/OW/15465/1-2/2023 dated April 19,
2023, issued in the matter of Suumaya Industries Limited ("the Company") have been completed.

The detailed Order passed by the Adjudicating Officer is available on the website of SEBI.

The penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) will be remitted by the Company within the
stipulated timeline detailed in the Order. The said Order is not expected to have any material impact
on the financial position of the Company.
