This is to remind all Local Government Units implementing locally-funded projects to

conduct RSSA a year after the completion of each infrastructure project.

As of June 27, 2024, numerous LGUs are yet to conduct the assessment and encode
results to the RSSA online platform, summarized as follows:

Government Operations Officers. Attached are the RSSA forms and the list of projects to
be assessed by the designated SubayBAYAN/RSSA Focal Person.
