RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF LGU- BARANGAY XIII, VICTORIAS CITY
HON. MA. VICTORIA DIWATA B. BORINES TO ENTER AND SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
(MOA) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VI.

WHEREAS, Barangay XIII, Victorias City, Negros Occidental is requesting the Department of Labor and
Employment, Regional Office 6 for the allocation of funds for the TUPAD Project with Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) attached herewith;

WHEREAS, the approved Availment of this program will help our recipient to augment their income to
support and sustain their needs in a short period of time;

WHEREAS, this is an opportune time to address the current COVID-19 Pandemic that faces every family
thus they opted to avail the TUPAD under the DILEEP to provide these beneficiaries with temporary
employment to augment their income that will provide to their family basic needs;

WHEREAS, Barangay XIII, Victorias City, Negros Occidental shall provide its technical assistance or
materials, equipments, and tools necessary to the project as well as personnel to supervise the
implementation and documentation of the project;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad James A. Dimasuay and duly seconded by Barangay
Kagawad John Paul G. Aniscol and upon the unanimous approval of all Barangay Council, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO PASS A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF

EXECUTIVE OF LGU-BARANGAY ___ BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, HON. MA. VICTORIA
DIWATA B. BORINES TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VI.
