1. PURPOSE

The aim of this document is to list out all instrument serving as input or output of control
system to be supplied and installed for WORK.

2. SCOPE

The scope of this document applies to the whole control system be supplied and
installed for WORK.

3. DEFINITION

EMPLOYER Means BANGSAR ENERGY SYSTEMS SDN. BHD.

ENGINEER Means person appointed by the EMPLOYER to act as

engineer for the purposes of contract.

CONTRACTOR Means the person(s) named as contractor in the letter

of award accepted by the CONTRACTOR –
SEGATRANS SDN BHD.

SUBCONTRACTOR Means any person or company approved by the

CONTRACTOR to whom part of the WORK is
subcontracted by CONTRACTOR for the purpose of
carrying out the WORK.

PROJECT Means UPGRADING, REFURBISHMENT AND

REHABILITATION WORKS AT BANGSAR ENERGY
SYSTEMS (BES) DISTRICT COOLING SYSTEM
PLANT AT LOT 62, SEKSYEN 96A, BANGSAR,
KUALA LUMPUR.

WORK Means ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT,

CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING (EPCC) OF
A CHILLED WATER NETWORK PIPING AND
OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS TO TNB GOLD
PROJECT FROM BES DCS PLANT.

VENDOR Means supplier or manufacturer of the equipment and

materials appointed by CONTRACTOR and approved
by EMPLOYER.
