Atiya foundation is a pioneer institution in the field of modern education to facilitate competitive
atmosphere to students desiring to get through several government exams, particularly civil services
examination at national and state level. It is a result-oriented institution that imparts value driven and
quality education to shape all round personalities that can lead tomorrow.
Atiya education and health foundation, primarily known as Atiya foundation which was established in
2010, has been continuously and vigorously working in the field of education and health where we
strive for the welfare and betterment of the society. We have organized thousands of free health
camps for different strata on small scale as we do not intend to publicize our benevolent deeds. We
firmly believe that a charity announced never remains a charity.

 Infrastructure and Facilities
The Coaching Academy is located in Patel Nagar, 2 kms away from ORN-The Hub of all the best
coaching centers for UPSC-CSE, Central Delhi. Necessary infrastructures such as classrooms, library,
offices, computer lab etc. are properly available to cater to the requirements. Alongwith, the excellent
rooms are available for the students for the occupancy with best-in-class dining facilities. The true
class of the foundation is the togetherness of the students where everyone puts in that extra effort to
help the other person to walk along and cross the line.

Academic Activities
1. Coaching in best Institutes in New Delhi according to need and assessment of the students
to overcome the shortcomings.
2. Free lodging, dining, 24*7 Library with all books, Newspaper subscription, monthly
magazine and Wi-Fi.
3. Periodic interaction with the already qualified students and Regular Tests to check the
student progress.
4. Mentorship by the top most faculty of reputed coaching institutes for their all-round
development.

Hostel
1. Hostel facility with well furnished rooms, is provided to all admitted candidates.
2. Hostel-rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities. Mess facility is Free to all the
residents of hostel.
3. The hostel facilities would be provided after 5 - 7 Days till the Result of Prelims CSE 2024
incase the student fails to qualify Prelims-CSE-2024.

Eligibility
1. Candidate must be a citizen of India
2. A candidate must hold a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the
central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of
Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University
Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.
3. A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32
years on the 1st of August, 2024 i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd
August, 1992 and not later than 1st August, 2003 ( The upper age-limit prescribed will be
relaxable: (a) up to a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a Scheduled Caste or a
Scheduled Tribe; (b) up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to
Other Backward Classes)
 Admission Process
Prospective candidates will get admission in the Academy through National Level Written Test which
will be conducted at

followed by Personal Interview (Conducted At Delhi in Offline Mode)

IMPORTANT: Candidates appearing for Admission Test are required to follow the guidelines released
by the Government of India and the Government of States from time to time regarding the prevention
of COVID-19.

There will be 100 objective types multiple choice questions from the following areas:
History, Geography, Indian Economy and Polity, Constitution of India, Art and Culture, Social issues,
Science and Technology, Current- Affairs-National and International importance, Logical Reasoning
and Analytical Ability, General Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.

The duration and timing of test would be as follows:

Paper- General Studies + Essay (Two): 10:30 AM- 01: 30 PM (3 hours) Max. Marks: 300

Note: - There will be penalty for the wrong answer. Each wrong answer will carry a deduction of
one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question there will
be no penalty.
Written test will be held as various centres as given in application form and interviews shall be
held in Delhi, only.

Terms and Conditions

1. Student shall abide by all the decisions of AHEF related to coaching and residential facilities.
2. Student will present all the original documents at the time of joining alongwith submit self-
attested copies of these documents, Aadhar Card and other documents are required by the
foundation.
3. Student understand that the classes that will be arranged are compulsory and he commit
himself to attend these. And also commit to appear in all the Test Series arranged by the
Foundation.
4. Student shall study in AHEF building and make best use of its resources.
5. He shall exclusively devote his time for UPSC CSE-2024 preparation. And he shall not appear
in any other examination while using the resources at AHEF.
 6. Candidates who are doing full/part time course from any institute/organisation or are
employed anywhere will not be considered for admission in the Academy.
7. Student Shall abide by the admissible rules and regulations of AHEF, concerning discipline,
performance and also to follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the students, as in force
from time to time and subsequent changes made thereto.
8. Student shall be solely responsible for his involvement in any kind of undesirable /
indisciplinary activities outside the foundation, and shall be liable for punishment as per the
law of the land.
