Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and organized Content Strategist/Manager to join our remote team
on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has excellent storytelling and communication skills,
with the ability to deeply understand and empathize with their target audience. This role focuses
on overseeing the content strategy and management at Volonte, ensuring high-quality,
expert-driven content supports employees navigating workplace and career changes, and
assists change leaders implementing transformation initiatives. Join us in making workplace

Responsibilities:

● Manage the content production pipeline, ensuring smooth coordination with the editorial
team.
● Generate topic ideas in collaboration with the Head of Product and write monthly content
briefs.
● Oversee the translation of content from English to German.
● Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely publication on the Volonte
platform.
● Provide guidance and feedback to ensure content is consistently relevant and of the
highest quality.
● Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Stay updated with industry trends and adjust the content strategy based on client needs.

Skills and Experience:

● Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.

● Creativity and empathy to deeply understand and engage the target audience.
● Strong critical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
● An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality content.
 ● Experience in content or marketing roles preferred.
● Understanding of corporate operations and large-scale transformations is a plus.
● Familiarity with Google Analytics preferred.

Expectations and Outputs:

● Manage content effectively within 40 hours per month.

● Ensure high-quality content that meets or exceeds our benchmark user satisfaction
ratings.
● Address client needs through insightful content that tackles challenges.
● Expand our content repository with relevant topics and diverse formats.

Pay: USD 350-450/month, negotiable based on scope of work.
