Thank you for my letter which I have sent to you which has been processed, in
connection with the offer I am asking for a trade discount of 10%. I have
received your letter to offer again so than I can reduce the trade discount offer
below 10% or 7,5%, but I have thought more carefully regarding the size of the
order I will make and the trade accommodation costs. I can only lower or agree

To Whom It May Concern :

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your

company on Oktober 13, 2023, I was visited by a representative of That
Kameko Jaya Abadi Company mr. La Pakeba, at my home that day.

Mr. La Pakeba was one hour late for his appointment and offered nothing by
way of apology when he arrived at noon. Your a representative did not
remove his muddy shoes upan entering may house and consequently left a
trail of dirt in the hallaway, Mr. La Pakeba then procerned to present a range
of products to me that I had specifically told his assistant by telephone that I
was not interested in, I repeatedly tried to ask your a representative about the
products that were of interest to me, but he refused to deal with my questions.
We ended our meeting after 25 minuts without either of us having
accomplished anything.

I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day’s vacation)waiting

for Mr. La Pakeba to show up. My impression of Kameko jaya company has
been tarnished, and I am now concerned abaut how my exiting business is
being managed by your firm. Furthermore Mr. Handoko’s inability to remove
his muddy shoes has meant that I have hed to engage the services, and incur
the expense, of professional carpet cleaner.

I trust ihis is not the way Kameko jaya Abadi company wishes to conduct
business with valued costumers-1 have been with you since the company was
founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome
the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to
prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
