name, website, industry, pitch deck, pitch video link, and any other pertinent non-
sensitive information.
3. Additionally, startups have the option to include a section in their profile related to
fundraising and sensitive financial information. This section will remain private and
viewable only to authorized user groups, such as investors they have applied for funding
or government agencies they have applied for grant funding. Startups should exercise
caution and only share sensitive financial information with authorized users who have a
legitimate need for such information.
B. Information Accuracy and Completeness
1. Startups are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of their profile
information. You should promptly update your profile whenever there are any changes
to ensure that potential collaborators, investors, and other users have access to the
most current and reliable information.
2. PHStartup.org does not endorse or verify the accuracy or authenticity of the information
provided in startup profiles. Users of the platform should conduct their own due
diligence and exercise judgment when evaluating startups and engaging in any business
or investment activities.
C. Intellectual Property Rights
1. Startups retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their content and
materials submitted on PHStartup.org. By creating a startup profile, you grant
PHStartup.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce,

XI. Termination and Suspension

A. Termination by Users
1. Users have the right to terminate their account with PHStartup.org at any time by

B. Termination by PHStartup.org
1. PHStartup.org reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account of any user at its
sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to,
violation of these Terms and Conditions, infringement of intellectual property rights,
fraudulent or unlawful activities, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate or
harmful to PHStartup.org or its users.
2. In the event of termination or suspension, users will no longer have access to their
accounts and the services provided by PHStartup.org.
C. Effect of Termination
1. Upon termination of the user's account, all rights and licenses granted under these
