SUBJECT: VEHICLE LEASE TERMINATION LETTER

As mentioned above, I am Jasmine Low, working as an Admin & Account Executive

on behalf of Builcon Equipment Sdn. Bhd., I am writing this letter to inform you that
after a management discussion, we have decided to terminate the agreement between
you and Builcon Equipment Sdn. Bhd., which was made on December 1st, 2023 for
the lorry PKJ 2586.

The reason for terminating the agreement is that the expenses for the lorry are too high
compared to all other lorries owned by the company. Therefore, we would like to
terminate the lease agreement. There are no other reasons for this action.

We would like to return your vehicle on March 30th, 2024. The figure you need to
return for us as below:
Deposit RM650.00
Deduct Insurance Lorry (RM1055.67/365Days*74Days) RM214.03
Deduct Lorry Inspection (RM480/12Months*4Months) RM320.00
Total amount
