This competition is open to all

A typical industry or an establishment, depending upon its Products / Manufacturing Processes or
Services provided uses energy in different forms This consumption of energy is generally expressed in
KWh or kCal or other larger units & billed / paid accordingly & does have environmental impact.
Energy conservation is the effort made to reduce the consumption of energy by using less of
an energy service. This can be achieved either by using energy more efficiently or by reducing the
amount of service used
The case studies presented should be implemented in the respective organization

Time : 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Award Ceremony : 4.00 pm onwards

Guidelines

(Participants full name in CAPITAL LETTERS is a must)

 Case study can be in English, Hindi or Marathi

  Presentation of case study in 15 minutes (12 minutes - presentation & 3 min. Quest. & Answer
 Presentation on power point on LCD projector (case study in Pen drive )
 A success story also can be presented with models and visual display charts or Flip Charts.
 Minimum two members are necessary to present the success story

 Soft copy of presentation not more than 25 Mb to be emailed.

Slogan Competition

Guidelines
 Slogan should be concise and shall consist of maximum 12 Words.
 Slogan must be action oriented/thought provoking, innovative and catchy in One or
Two lines neatly hand written, in Marathi, Hindi or English
 The text should be clear and readable

Poster Competition

Use simple drawing and illustrations (hand sketched or using graphics) with short and catchy phrases
(of varying font style and size) stating powerful messages on your ideas on “Power Conservation”

Guidelines:
 Poster should be hand sketched on A4, A3, A2 sheet only
 Captions /Text can be in Marathi, Hindi or English. Make sure that the text is clear and
readable.
 Textual description, not more than 20 words.
 Posters must be the original idea & creation of the participant; it should clearly state the Power
conservation viewpoint.

  If a Participant is submitting multiple entries in the same or under different category, then make
sure that the entries are unique and participation fee for each single entry is paid.
 Before submitting please make sure that your Full name, Company’s name is mentioned on the
bottom right of the Poster.

Slogan : Rs.2500/= (For 1 Slogan)
Case Study: Rs.7500/= (Team of 3 members) Additional Member Rs. 2500/-

GST @ 18% is applicable on the billing amount

Award & Recognition

 Case Study: Based on the evaluation, the participating teams will be given trophies (Gold, Silver
or Bronze)
 Slogan / Poster Competition : Based on the evaluation, the participants will be given trophies
(Either Gold, Silver or Bronze)
 All participants will be getting Digital Participation Certificates
