Leaves Policy:
At Switcheasy, we recognize the importance of providing our employees with time off to
attend to personal matters and emergencies. We offer the following types of leave:
Sick Leave: All employees are entitled to paid sick leave, allowing them to take up to 10 days
of sick leave per year. Extended sick leave requires a medical certificate.
Casual Leave: Employees are provided with 8 days of casual leave annually, intended for
personal work or emergencies. Prior notification to the supervisor is required for availing
casual leave.
Bereavement Leave: In the unfortunate event of the death of an immediate family member,
employees are granted up to 5 days of paid bereavement leave.

Paternity Leave: Male employees are entitled to paternity leave for 2 weeks to support their

or manager. Unused leave cannot be carried over to the next year, and employees are not
compensated for unused leave days.
