suppliers to coordinate commissioning activities, resolve technical challenges,
and ensure project milestones were met.

• Production Planning: Developed and implemented production schedules for
fan regulators.
• Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma
principles, SMV, 7S to improve fan regulator production efficiency, reduce waste,
and increase overall productivity.

• Developing 16” Stand Solar Rechargeable Fan.
