Born on 23rd October 1963. Studied in Vidhyavardhaka Sangha, K.L.E.

Society and S.J.R.C. Law College, Bangalore.

Enrolled as Advocate on 1990 and Practiced in High Court of Karnataka,

KAT, CAT and Educational Authorities. During 1993 - 94 appeared as a KPSC
Standing Counsel. Appointed as Notary by the Government of India in May
2006.

Some of the cases relating to validity of the rules argued involving

interpretation of constitutional provisions before the KAT are upheld by the
Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, like portion of the Karnataka employment
and Training Services (Craftsman and Apprenticeship Training)(Recruitment)
Rules, 1998, the Karnataka Civil Services (Absorption of Assistant Engineers &
Juniors Engineers appointed on Contract Basis and inn adhoc basis in the
Water Resources Services)(Special) Rules, 2002, the Karnataka Civil Services
(Absorption of persons appointed on contract basis against Backlog vacancies
in the Category of Assistant Engineers and Junior Engineers) in the
Departments of Public Work Engineering, Water Resources & Rural
Development and Panchayath Raj (Special) Rules, 2005 and the Karnataka
Panchayath Raj Engineering Department Services (Cadre and Recruitment)
Rules, 2008.

Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court on

02.01.2015. Transferred as an Judge of High Court of Punjab and Haryana on
16th March 2015
