ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

NVIDIA is committed to promoting environmental stewardship and providing a safe and healthy
environment for our employees, contractors, and communities. Our goal is to drive innovation,
conserve natural resources, and minimize the environmental impact from our products, supply chain
and operations, leaving a healthier planet for future generations. Our commitment to the environment
is reflected in our policies, programs and practices for conducting operations in an environmentally, as
well as economically, responsible manner.

To fulfill this vision, NVIDIA strives to abide by these commitments:

Products and Supply Chain

 Reduce the environmental impact of our products in design and manufacturing

 Work with suppliers towards environmental improvement, including participation in the
Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and adoption of the EICC Code of Conduct

Operations

 Identify and address opportunities to improve energy efficiency in our offices and data centers
 Evaluate challenges and opportunities related to climate change and develop initiatives to
reduce greenhouse gases
 Reduce and prevent pollution from our activities
 Minimize waste, including through recycling and composting
 Minimize water usage in operations and data centers
 Promote the use of environmentally preferable products in our procurement of goods and
services
 Engage employees in our environmental efforts in the workplace

How we intend to achieve these goals:

 Fully comply with applicable laws, regulations and voluntary initiatives to which we subscribe
 Maintain an Environmental Management System (ISO14001), establish quantifiable goals and targets
for continuous improvement and measure our progress
 Work with our employees, contractors and manufacturing suppliers to improve their
understanding of and participation in NVIDIA's environmental commitment
 Engage with our customers to understand and address their expectations
 Track energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, publicly report progress

We commit to annual public reporting that outlines our progress related to the goals above.

Senior level company officers are engaged in the development of our environmental policy and are
responsible for its implementation.
