MINUTES OF 1st REGULAR SESSION FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY YEAR 2020 OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OFFICIALS OF BRGY. VALDEZ HELD AT THE SK SESSION
HALL LAST JANUARY 5, 2020 AT 2 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.

I. CALL TO ORDER
SK Chairman calls the session to order at exactly 2 o’clock sharp.

II. INVOCATION
A prayer was led by the SK Secretary Precious Jewel M. Ranga

III. ROLL CALL

The barangay secretary called the roll which shown (7) SK members present
including the (1) appointed SK Treasurer. The presiding officer declared the
presence of a quorum.

IV. SK CHAIRMAN’S AGENDA

SK Chaiman explained to the co-official re: SK Reform Act of 2015 which requires
the formulation of a 3-year Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
(CBYDP). He then concluded the immediate creation of the said matter for CY 2020-
2023. SK chairman asks everybody in the house for suggestion of any possible date
of the creation of the CBYDP together with the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) of the
barangay.

SK Member Abigail Faith Gaoat suggested January 19 2020 (Sunday) in the

afternoon is the most possible creation for CBYDP for there is no classes of the on-
going students, neither work of the many and the day which takes the most
availability of the members of KK.
After the said suggestion of SK Member Gaoat, it was duly seconded by the body.
V. OTHER MATTERS/ ANNOUNCEMENT

SK Member Izabela Rodriguez included that the morning of January 19 will be the
preparation of things to be needed before the session proper in the afternoon.
Therefore, she pointed that everybody must assigned themselves for the
announcement of the said matter to the members of the KK 1 week ahead of the said
session, house to house.

It was agreed by the body.

VI. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 3:40 PM
