A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ALBERT

D. CHUA, FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE (1) FROM THE THREE RECOMMENDEES
FOR THE POSITION OF BARANGAY KAGAWAD OF BARANGAY NO. 1-S VALDEZ CITY
OF BATAC, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, former Barangay Kagawad, Hon. Crescente F. Lutap tendered his

resignation last August 30, 2020

WHEREAS, in order not to disrupt the smooth operations of the Barangay Government,
the vacancy in the position has to be filled-up;

WHEREAS, in Session assembled, Sangguniang Barangay recommends the following

persons as recommendees:

BE IT RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved that the Comprehensive Youth Development

Plan (CBYDP) C.Y. 2020-2022 of Barangay 1-s Valdez, City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte
be approved and adopted by the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan (KK);

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth

Development Plan be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay, Sangguniang Panlungsod and
Department of the Interior and Local Government fsor their reference.

ADOPTED 19th of January 2020.

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the aforementioned Sangguniang Kabataan
