Preliminaries 1 The municipal administrator,
sir Matt Alindada acknowledge
the presence of everyone, he
also thanked the members of
the Board for their cooperation
and dedication for the good of
the Education sector. He also
assured everyone that Hon.
Francis Faustino A. Dy is
always supporting the needs
and request of the academe.

Afterwhich he requested Mr.

Erenio D. Ortega to lead the
prayer. Then, sir Matt turned
over the floor to Mr. Amerphil
R. Rudio, being the LSB Vice
Chairperson.
Call to Order The presiding officer called the
meeting to order.
Determination 2 The attendance is checked thru
of the Quorum the attendance sheet and a
quorum is declared.

2. Early Registration

Reminder of the 4
liquidations of The presiding officer reminded All the members of the

PPAs funded by the school heads in their district heads agreed to

release of funds for the other
PPAs of schools.
Early 5
Registration for The presiding officer requested
the SY 2023- Mrs. Renenia D Concepcion,
2024 the head teacher 3 of Ugad
High School to read the
guidelines in conducting the
Early Registration among
schools in the Municipality of
Echague.
Early registration for SY 2023-
2024 for incoming
Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, and
11 started last May 10 and will
run until June 9, 2023. Contact
the nearestpublic elementary
and secondary schools to sign
The PTA Federated
president the Board for
the comprehensive
update and assured the
Board that he will inform
the PTA Presidents of all
the schools in the
Municipality of Echague
regarding the matter.
The SK Federation
president also assured
the participation of the
SK for the dissemination
of the guidelines.

Incoming grades 2-6 8-10, and

12 learners from public schools
are considered pre-registered,
thus they do not need to
participate in the early
registration.

Private schools are also

encouraged to conduct their
early registration activities in
the same time frame.
Adjournment 7 After discussing all the agenda,
Mr Ortega, motioned for the
adjournment of the meeting
and it was seconded by Mr.
Samuel Apostol and approved
by the presiding officer. The
meeting was adjourned 11:30
AM.
