Department of Board on the beginning of the
Education School Year 2023-2024. With
regards to this, Mayor Kiko Dy
reminded the School Heads to make
sure that all preparations should be
taken for the smooth back to
school of the students. Mr. Rudio
responded that Brigada Eskwela
Program will be undertaken a week
before the start of classess and
ensure that the financial assistance
given will be utilized on the said
program for the welfare of the
students.
Mengal 8 Mr. Loiue Simbe, the Municipal October 27, 2023
Fetival Cultural and Tourism Officer,
Activities informed the Board on the
upcoming month-long celebration
of the Mengal Festival. He
reiterated the participation of the
Department of Education in the
Drum and Lyre competion for
Elementary Category and Mengal
King and Queen, as well as the
Street Dancing Competation both
for Secondary Category. Mr. Rudio
responded that this will be given
priority and will be informed to all
the schools in Echague.
Appropriation 9 The Presiding Officer reminded the Reports should be submitted

the adjournment of the meeting and

Apostol and approved by the
Presiding Officer. The meeting
