Preliminaries 1 Sir Jesus Babaran took care of
the preliminaries and
requested Ms. Felimar A.
Manaligod to lead the prayer.
After which, sir Jesus turned
over the floor to Mr. Amerphil
R. Rudio, being the LSB Vice
Chairperson.
Call to Order The presiding officer called the
meeting to order.
Determination 2 The attendance is checked thru
of the Quorum the attendance sheet and a
quorum is declared.

The presiding officer reiterated
the significance of a functional
reading program in schools.
Reading 5 School heads, teachers and
Intervention of other school stakeholders must
Schools craft a reading program that is
workable and appropriate in
the grade levels where the
learners are. He reminded that
learners must be readers at the
end of grade 3, as verbalized in
the in Every Child A Reader
Program.
Mrs Renea Concepcion
made a motion that, all
schools both in the
elementary and
secondary must have a
functional reading
program to bridge the
gap of the presence of
frustration readers in
schools. She further
mentioned that schools
must be monitored as to
whether the schools are
implementing their
respective reading
interventions.

The committee agreed to

the narratives of Mrs
Concepcion.

Sir Jesus Babaran informed The three (3) district

Participation of 6 the Board re celebration of heads of DepED Echague
schools in the Echague Patronal Fiesta and agreed and assured that
celebration of encouraged the schools to the DepED will support
Echague participate in the festivities. and participate in the
Patronal Fiesta activities.
The elementary schools are
encouraged to participate in
the field demonstration with
the grade 4-6 learners.

There is also an Educators’

Night wherein deserving
teachers, school heads and
non-teaching personnel are
recognized through a Search
for Most Outstanding Educator
per Category.

Adjournment 7 After discussing all the agenda,

the SK Federation Chair
motioned for the adjournment
 of the meeting and it was
seconded by Mr. Samuel
Apostol and approved by the
presiding officer. The meeting
was adjourned 11:00 AM.
