ERSONAL Effectiveness Training workshop was
organized on 9th and 10th May, 2024 at CL Head
Off ice by Mr Sujit Bhattacharya. The aim was to
unlock the immense reservoir of inner potential to be

attain organizational and personal growth. Participants
were nominated f rom different departments to ensure
knowledge sharing. The training begin with the

Regional Cycle Meets
May 2024
T
HE Meets for the May 2024 cycle were organized in
Bengaluru, Kolkata, Nagpur and Delhi-NCR for centers
representing the respective regions. The Cycle Meets
were focused on reviewing the centers' preparedness
and planning for the FY 2024-25. The sessions included
presentations by centers about their plans for the FY and
how they plan to achieve the budgets. The emphasis was
on ensuring the centers are growing at a healthy rate and
achieving their all-time high figures. The presentations

were very detailed, capturing market share, competition
data, product-wise plans, capacity building, learnings and
feedback/suggestions for HO.
Centers from Delhi-NCR, UP, Uttrakhand, Punjab, Haryana
attended the Cycle Meets in Delhi; south centers met
in Bengaluru; west-central centers in Nagpur; and east
centers in Kolkata. The Meets were a huge learning for all
centers, especially the new ones, as each center shared
their journey and learnings.

Hyatt Regency (Amritsar). This special workshop
for women was aimed to educate them on how to
