SUBJECT: DISTRICT KINDERGARTEN FESTIVAL OF TALENTS

1.The Boston District will conduct the 2023 District Festival of Talents with the
theme, Reinforcing 21st Century Learning and Fostering Creative Industries
through Talents and Skills Exhibition in Kindergarten Classroom, Boston
Central Elem. School on May 25, 2023 at 8:00 o’ clock in the morning.

2. It aims to provide activities for kindergarten children to enhance their talents

and skills through healthy and friendly competitions expected to be instilled in the
minds of the children.

3. The participants shall be kindergarten pupils. Each School is expected to have

one entry for the category who shall be accompanied by their respective coaches,
school heads, and chaperons / parents as part of their school delegation.

4.The skill to be contested with one (1) contestant per school is the draw and tell.

5.Transportation and other allowable expenses incurred in the activity are

chargeable against school MOOE and other local funds subject to the usual
accounting and auditing procedures.
