RELEASE AND QUIT CLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

from rendering services with REALBASE INC., hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of

settlement of any/all claims of whatever kind and nature which I have against the said Company on
account of, or incident to, my having rendered services therewith and/or the termination thereof.

In consideration of the said payment, I have remised, released and forever discharge and by these
present, do for myself, my heirs, successors and assigns, remise, release and forever discharge REALBASE
INC, and its managers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all manner of action
or actions, cause or causes of action, suits, claims, and/or demand incident to or by reason of or arising
out of having rendered services with the said companies. That I have not authorized and will not authorize
any part or person, to file a case in my behalf before any court of law, the Department of Labor and
Employment or any of the government agency regarding any matter incident to, arising out of, or in any
connection with my having rendered services and/or termination thereof.

I hereby declare that I have read and fully understood this document before signing the same and
that the release and quitclaim hereby given by me is made willingly and voluntarily and with knowledge of
my rights under the law.
