What do you know about the University of Chester?
The University of Chester was founded in 1839 and is well-known for its reputation, academic
excellence, and supportive learning environment in the UK.
The university has several campuses across the North West of England, with the main campus
located in Chester near the city center. Additionally, there are campuses in Warrington and
Shropshire, England.
The University of Chester provides a range of facilities to support students in their academic and
personal development, including high-quality education, well-recognized degrees, internships,
libraries, computer and Wi-Fi access, sports facilities, student accommodation, student support
services, and dining options.
Why have you chosen to study at the University of Chester instead of any other university you
considered?
Sir there was several factors who convinced me to choose the University of Chester. When I
researched the study programs and modules offered by the University of West Scotland (UWS) and
BPP University, the public administration program at UWS did not appeal to me. However, BPP
University offers a healthcare leadership program that focuses on nursing, healthcare, and leadership
in a healthcare facility.
In the future, I plan to set up my own drug rehabilitation center, where I will serve as the
chairperson, decision-maker, and manager of health services. I also aspire to work as a healthcare
manager in a public healthcare facility.
To achieve these goals, I need knowledge about healthcare policies, financial management, health
facility operations, healthcare quality improvement, leadership, and communication skills, as well as
practical experience. Only the Health Services Management program offered by Chester University
can provide all of these, which is why I have chosen Chester University.
Other factors included tuition fees, assessment criteria, study modules, study programs, location, and
living expenses.
When did you pay this fee? I paid my initial fee of 5000 pounds on ,,,,………….. 2024
Which courses and universities have you considered other than the University of Chester?
I applied to three universities: University of West Scotland, BPP University, and Chester University.
The University of West Scotland offers MSc Public Administration. BPP University offers MSc
Healthcare Leadership and Chester University which offers MSc Healthcare Services Management.

When I planned to study abroad, I started researching Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
After my research, I found that Australia is very expensive for international students, with monthly
expenses around 1800-2000 pounds and high tuition fees of around 20000 pounds, along with visa
issues for students.
I also considered studying in Canada but found that the living expenses for international students are
around 2500 pounds per month, along with high tuition fees of around 22000 pounds, which is
unaffordable. Additionally, the cold weather in Canada is also unbearable.
However, when I researched the UK, I found that it is less expensive for international students
compared to Canada and Australia, with monthly expenses for international students around 900-
1100 pounds per month. The UK also has a shorter degree duration compared to Pakistan, Australia,
Canada, and other Asian countries, while still providing quality education, practical experience, and
