CONDITIONS OF SALE ‫ﺷروط اﻟﺑﯾﻊ‬

1. Acceptance of this order is subject to confirmation in writing by the Company. Once ‫ ﻣﻠﺗزﻣﺎ ﻗﺎﻧوﻧﯾﺎ ﺑﺷراء‬،‫ وﯾﺻﺑﺢ اﻟﻣﺷﺗري وﺑﻣﺟرد ﻗﺑول اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ‬،‫ ﯾﺧﺿﻊ ﻗﺑول ھذه اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣواﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﺧطﯾﺔ ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ‬1
such acceptance has been given, the Purchaser shall be legally bound to buy the Goods in ‫اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﺳﻌر واﻟﺷروط اﻟﻣوﺿﺣﺔ‬
accordance with the price and terms indicated.

2. In the event that the Company has agreed to accept a trade in vehicle(s) as part ( ‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟـﺔ ﻣواﻓﻘـﺔ اﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺑـول اﺳـﺗﺑدال ﻣرﻛﺑـﺔ ( ﻣرﻛﺑـﺎت ( اﻟﻣﺷـﺗري اﻟﻣﺳـﺗﻌﻣﻠﺔ ﻛﺟزء ﻣن ﺛﻣن اﻟﻣرﻛﺑـﺔ )اﻟﻣرﻛﺑـﺎت‬2
payment, it shall be under no obligation to buy the trade in vehicle(s) from the Purchaser, ‫ ﻓﺈﻧﮭـﺎ ﻻـ ﺗﻛـون ﻣﻠﺗزﻣـﺔ ﺑﺷــراء ﻣرﻛﺑـﺔ )ﻣرﻛﺑـﺎت ( اﻟﻣﺷـﺗرى اﻟـﺗﻲ ﺳـﯾﺗم ﻣﺑﺎدﻟﺗﮭـﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟـﺔ إﻧﮭـﺎء ﻋﻘـد ﺷـراء اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ‬،‫اﻟﺟدﯾـدة‬
if, for any reason, the contract to purchase the new vehicle(s) is terminated. ‫)اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺎت ( اﻟﺟدﯾدة‬
3. Advertisements, Price Lists, Catalogues and Brochures do not form part of this contract ‫ ان اﻻﻋﻼﻧﺎت وﻗﺎﺋﻣﺔ اﻻﺳﻌﺎر واﻟﻛﺗﺎﻟوﺟﺎت واﻟﻧﺷرات اﻟدﻋﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺷﻛل ﺟزء ﻣن اﻟﻌﻘد وﻟﯾس ﻟﮭﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯾر ﻣﻠزم ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ‬3
and have no binding effect upon the Company.

4. In the event of any alteration by the Manufacturer to the specifications of the Goods, ‫ ﺑﺣﻖ ﺗﺳـﻠﯾم اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ‬،‫ ﺗﺣﺗﻔظ اﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ ﻋﻧد ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ اﻟطﻠﺑﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻌﻧﯾﺔ‬،‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟـﺔ اﺟراء أي ﺗﻐﯾﯾر ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﻣﺻـﻧﻊ ﻟﻣواﺻـﻔﺎت اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ‬4
the Company reserves the right of delivery in fulfillment of this order, Goods conforming ‫اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗطﺎﺑﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣﺻﻧﻊ ﻓﻲ وﻗت اﻟﺗﺳﻠﯾم‬
to the Manufacturer’s specifications at the time of delivery.

5. In the event of the Manufacturer discontinuing sale of vehicles of the type described
overleaf of the Company may, at its discretion, cancel the agreement. The deposit paid ‫ وﻋﻧدﺋذ ﺗﻘوم‬،‫ ﯾﺟوز ﻟﻠﺷرﻛﺔ ﺑﻣﺣض إرادﺗﮭﺎ إﻟﻐﺎء ھذه اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ‬،‫ إذا أوﻗف اﻟﻣﺻـﻧﻊ ﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺎت ﻣن اﻟﻧوع اﻟﻣذﻛور ﺑﺎﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ‬5
by the Purchaser or its value shall then be returned by the Company without further ‫اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ ﺑﺈﻋﺎدة ﻣﻘدم اﻟﺣﺟز اﻟﻣدﻓوع ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى أو ﻗﯾﻣﺗﮫ دون ﺗﺣﻣل أى ﻣﺳﺋوﻟﯾﺔ أﺧرى‬
liability.

6. The Goods are sold and delivered subject to the Company’s conditions of sale herein ‫ ﺗﺧﺿﻊ اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ اﻟﻣﺑﺎﻋﺔ واﻟﻣﺳـﻠﻣﺔ ﻟﺷـروط اﻟﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ اﻟﻣﻧﺻوص ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ﺑﮭذه اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ واﻟﺳـﻌر اﻟﻣوﺻﻰ ﺑﮫ واﻟﺳﺎﺋد‬6
provided and the recommended price ruling at the time of delivery of the Goods to the ‫ﻓﻲ وﻗت ﺗﺳﻠﯾم اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى‬
Purchaser.

7. The place of delivery shall be the Company’s premises specified overleaf. The Company
shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any delay in delivery caused by the Manufacturer ‫ وﻻﺗﻛون اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ ﻣﺳﺋوﻟﺔ ﺗﺟﺎه اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى ﻋن أي‬.‫ ﻣﻛﺎن اﻟﺗﺳﻠﯾم ھو ﻣﻘر اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻣوﻗﻊ اﻟﻔطﯾم ﻟﻠﺳﯾﺎرات اﻟﻣﺣدد ﻓﻲ اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ‬7
nor for any damage or loss caused thereby and the Company shall not bear any liability ‫ وﻻ ﺗﺗﺣﻣل اﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ اى ﻣﺳـﺋوﻟﯾﺔ ﻋن اى‬.‫ﺗﺄﺧﯾر ﻓﻲ اﻟﺗﺳـﻠﯾم ﯾﺗﺳـﺑب ﻓﯾﮫ اﻟﻣﺻـﻧﻊ وﻻ ﻋن اى ﺿـرر او ﺧﺳﺎرة ﻗـد ﺗﻧﺷﺄ ﻋن ذﻟك‬
for any consequential loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser as a result of the ‫ﺧﺳﺎرة او ﺿرر ﻗد ﯾﻠﺣﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺷﺗرى ﻛﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﻟﻌدم ﺗﻣﻛن اﻟﻣﺻﻧﻊ ﻣن ﺗﺳﻠﯾم اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ‬
Manufacturer’s inability to deliver the Goods.

8. The Goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until the agreed price has been paid to the ‫ ﻻـ ﺗﻧﺗﻘـل ﻣﻠﻛﯾـﺔ اﻟﻣرﻛﺑـﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى ﺣﺗﻰ ﯾﺗم ﺳـداد اﻟﺳـﻌر اﻟﻣﺗﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎﻣل اﻟﻰ اﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ )واﻟوﻓﺎء ﺑﺄي ﺷـﯾك أو اى ورﻗﺔ‬8
Company (and any cheque or other negotiable security has been honoured) and any ‫ﻣﺎﻟﯾـﺔ ﻗﺎﺑﻠـﺔ ﻟﻠﺗـداول( وﺗﺳـﻠﯾم أي ﻣرﻛﺑـﺔ ﯾﺗم اﺳـﺗﺑدﻟﮭﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺟدﯾـدة ﻣﻊ أوراق ﺗﺳـﺟﯾﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻰ اﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ ﺧﺎﻟﯾـﺔ ﻣن أى ﻣﺳـﺗﺣﻘﺎت ﻟﺷـرﻛﺔ‬
trade in vehicle with its registration papers has been delivered to the Company free from
all finance company and other encumbrances. ‫اﻟﺗﻣوﯾل او أى رھن أو أﻋﺑﺎء أﺧرى‬

9 . ( a ) The Purchaser shall inspect the vehicle(s) before taking delivery which – the ً‫ وﯾﻌد اﺳﺗﻼم اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى ﻟﻠﻣرﻛﺑﺔ ﻗﺑوﻻ‬،‫( ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺷﺗري ﻣﻌﺎﯾﻧﺔ اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ ﻗﺑل اﻻﺳﺗﻼم وﻟن ﺗﺳﺄل اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ ﻋن أي ﻋﯾوب ظﺎھرة ﺑﻌد اﻟﺗﺳﻠﯾم‬a) .9
delivery – shall deem to be acceptance of the vehicle’s condition and the Company will not .‫ﻣﻧﮫ ﺑﺣﺎﻟﺗﮭﺎ‬
be liable for any apparent defects thereafter.

(b) The Company shall be entitled to sell the vehicle and forfeit the deposit (reservation) :‫( ﯾﺣﻖ ﻟﻠﺷرﻛﺔ ﻣﺻﺎدرة ﻣﺑﻠﻎ اﻟﻌرﺑون )ﻣﻘدم اﻟﺣﺟز( اﻟﻣدﻓوع ﻣن اﻟﻣﺷﺗري وﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ إﻟﻰ أي ﻣﺷﺗر آﺧر ﻓﻲ أي ﻣن اﻟﺣﺎﻻت اﻵﺗﯾﺔ‬b)
paid by the Customer if:

- The Customer did not pay the remaining part of the price or deliver the trade-in
vehicle(s), the value of which has been deducted from the price, (if and as agreed upon); ‫ إذا ﻟم ﯾﻘم اﻟﻣﺷﺗري ﺑدﻓﻊ اﻟﻣﺑﻠﻎ اﻟﻣﺗﺑﻘﻰ ﻣن اﻟﺛﻣن وﺗﺳﻠﯾم اﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ اﻟﺟﺎري اﺳﺗﺑداﻟﮭﺎ واﻟﻣﺧﺻوم ﻗﯾﻣﺗﮭﺎ ﻣن اﻟﺛﻣن )ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﻧص ﻋﻠﯾﮫ اﻻﺗﻔﺎق(؛ أو‬-

The Customer wishes to terminate the current agreement for any reason whatsoever,
without prejudice to the Company’s right to recover from the purchaser, by way of .‫ إذا رﻏب اﻟﻣﺷﺗري ﻓﻲ إﻧﮭﺎء ھذا اﻟﻌﻘد ﻷي ﺳﺑب ﻣن اﻷﺳﺑﺎب‬-
damages, any loss or expenses (accessory fittings to the vehicle) which the company may (‫وذﻟك دون اﻟﻣﺳﺎس ﺑﺣﻖ اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣطﺎﻟﺑﺔ اﻟﻣﺷﺗرى ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌوﯾض ﻋن أى ﺧﺳﺎرة أو ﻣﺻﺎرﯾف ﺗﺗﺣﻣﻠﮭﺎ أو ﺗﺗﻛﺑدھﺎ )اﻛﺳﺳوارات ﻣﻠﺣﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣرﻛﺑﺔ‬
suffer or incur by reason of the purchaser’s non performance of the contract (Article 148 . (‫ ( ﻣن اﻟﻘﺎﻧون اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ ﺑدوﻟﺔ اﻻﻣﺎرات اﻟﻌرﺑﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﺗﺣدة‬148 ) ‫ﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﻋدم ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ اﻟﻌﻘد ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﻣﺷﺗري )وﻓﻘﺎ ُ ﻟﻠﻣﺎدة رﻗم‬
from UAE Civil Law).

(c) No variation of these conditions of sale shall be effective unless made in writing and .‫( ﻻ ﯾﺳرى أى ﺗﻐﯾﯾر أو ﺗﻌدﯾل ﻓﻲ ھذه اﻟﺷروط إﻻ إذا ﻛﺎن ﺧطﯾﺎ ً وذﻟك ﺑﻌد اﻟﻣواﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﺻراﺣﺔ ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ أو ﻣن ﯾﻧوب ﻋﻧﮭﺎ‬c)
expressly accepted and agreed by or on behalf of the Company.

Depreciation will be calculated on customer as follows: :‫وﺳوف ﯾﺗم اﺣﺗﺳﺎب اﻻﺳﺗﮭﻼك ﻣن اﻟﻌﻣﯾل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻧﺣو اﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ‬

1-From beginning of the agreement date and even the first three months 5% %5 ‫ ﻣن ﺑداﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﻘد وﺣﺗﻰ اﻟﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﮭر اﻷوﻟﻲ‬-

2-From three months to six months 10% %10 ‫ ﻣن ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﮭر وﺣﺗﻰ ﺳﺗﺔ أﺷﮭر‬-

3-From six months to nine months 15% %15 ‫ ﻣن ﺳﺗﺔ أﺷﮭر وﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﺳﻌﺔ أﺷﮭر‬-

4-From nine months to twelve months 20% %20 ً‫ ﺷﮭرا‬12 ‫ ﻣن ﺗﺳﻌﺔ أﺷﮭر وﺣﺗﻰ‬-

5-After the elapse of one year, the value of the car will be determined as per the market .‫ وﺑﻌد ﻣرور ﺳﻧﺔ ﺳوف ﺗﺣدد ﻗﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﺑﻘﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﺳوق وﺑﺣﺳب طﺑﯾﻌﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة‬-
value, and as per the car condition.

10. The Seller will provide the owner manual and service maintenance booklets along with ‫وﻣدة‬.‫ وھﻲ ﺗﺗﺿﻣن ﺷروط وأﺣﻛﺎم اﻟﺿﻣﺎن وﺻﯾﺎﻧﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة‬،‫ ﯾوﻓر اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ دﻟﯾل اﻟﻣﺎﻟك وﻛﺗﯾﺑﺎت ﺻﯾﺎﻧﺔ اﻟﺧدﻣﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة‬10
the vehicle(s) which illustrate the Warranty and Vehicle Maintenance terms & conditions, ‫ ﯾﺗﻌﯾن ﻋﻠﻰ "اﻟﻣﺷﺗري" إﺑﻼغ‬،‫ ﻷي ﺳﺑب ﻣن اﻷﺳﺑﺎب‬،‫اﻟﺿﻣﺎن وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻋدم اﺳﺗﻼم "اﻟﻣﺷﺗري" ﻟﺗﻠك اﻟﻛﺗﯾﺑﺎت ﻣﻊ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة‬
and the period. In case, due to any reason the Buyer does not receive these booklets
with the vehicle(s), the Buyer will notify the Seller. ‫"اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ" ﺑذﻟك‬

11. In line with article (24) of the executive regulations to the federal law No.24 of 2006
on the consumer Protection, In case of discovering a hidden and major fault in the
vehicle(s) during the warranty period, that affects the traffic safety or accelerate the
depreciation of the useful life of the vehicle(s), provided that this fault is not resulted out
of misuse or not complying with instructions of use attached hereto, the seller shall repair
the fault at his own expense. If the same fault is demonstrated three times within a period
of 6 months and the seller is not able to repair the fault, the buyer reserves the right to
request either the replacement of the vehicle(s) if available with an equivalent one, or to
refund the aforementioned price taking into account depreciation, usage, and condition.

‫ﻋﯾﺑﺎ ً ﺧﻔﯾﺎ ً أو ﺟﺳﯾﻣﺎ ً ﻓﻲ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﺧﻼل ﻓﺗرة اﻟﺿﻣﺎن ﯾؤﺛر ﻓﻲ اﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ اﻟﻣرورﯾﺔ أو ﯾؤدي إﻟﻰ ﺳرﻋﺔ إﺳﺗﮭﻼك اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﺑﺧﻼف‬
‫ ﺷرﯾطﺔ اﻻ ﯾﻛون ھذا اﻟﻌﯾب ﻧﺎﺗﺞ ﻋن ﺳوء إﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﻣﺷﺗري ﻟﻠﺳﯾﺎرة أو ﻋدم ﺗﻘﯾده ﺑﺗﻌﻠﯾﻣﺎت‬، ‫اﻟﻌﻣر اﻻﻓﺗراﺿﻲ اﻟﻣﻌﺗﺎد‬
‫ أو ﻧﺎﺟم ﺑﺳﺑب اﻟﺗﻌدﯾﻼت أواﻻﺿﺎﻓﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ ﻗﺎم ﺑﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﺷﺗري أو ﺑﺳﺑب اﺟراء أي ﺗﺻﻠﯾﺣﺎت‬،‫اﻻﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﻣﻠﺣﻘﺔ ﺑﮭذه اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ‬
‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﻛرر ﺣﺻول ﻧﻔس اﻟﻌﯾب ﺛﻼث ﻣرات‬، ‫ﺧﺎرج ورﺷﺔ اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ﯾﺗﻌﯾن ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ إﺻﻼح اﻟﻌﯾب ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺳﺎﺑﮫ‬
‫ ﻓﺈن ﻟﻠﻣﺷﺗري اﻟﺧﯾﺎر أﻣﺎ ﺑطﻠب إﺳﺗﺑدال اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﺑﺳﯾﺎرة ﻣﺛﯾﻠﺔ إذا ﺗوﻓرت أو‬، ‫ أﺷﮭر وﻋدم ﺗﻣﻛن اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ ﻣن إﺻﻼﺣﮫ‬6 ‫وﺧﻼل‬
.‫ واﻻﺳﺗﺧدام واﻟﺣﺎﻟﺔ‬،‫طﻠب إرﺟﺎع ﺛﻣن اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة اﻟﻣذﻛور أﻋﻼه ﻣﻊ اﻷﺧذ ﻓﻲ اﻻﻋﺗﺑﺎر اﻻﺳﺗﮭﻼك‬

12. The buyer or his representative acknowledge that they wholly inspect the vehicle(s) ‫ ﯾﺻرح اﻟﻣﺷﺗري أو ﻣن ﯾﻧوب ﺑﺄﻧﮫ ﻗد ﺗﻣت ﻣﻌﺎﯾﻧﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﻣﻌﺎﯾﻧﺔ ﺗﺎﻣﮫ واﻧﮭﺎ ﺑﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺟﯾدة وﺣﺳب اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣﻧﺻوص‬12
and found that it is the vehicle(s) agreed upon as per the abovementioned specifications ‫ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ اﻟﺷراء و اﻧﮭﺎ ھﻲ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة اﻟﻣﺗﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ﺣﺳب اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣﻛﺗوﺑﮫ أﻋﻼه وأﻧﮫ ﻗد إﺳﺗﻠم ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟﻛﺗﯾﺑﺎت اﻟواردة‬
and that they have received all the manuals mentioned with the vehicle(s) and that they ،‫ وﻗد ﺗم اﻟﺗﻌرﯾف ﺑﻣزاﯾﺎ اﻟﺿﻣﺎن وﺷروطﮫ‬،‫ﻣﻊ اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة ﻛﻣﺎ اﻧﮫ ﺗﻔﮭم ﺷروط أﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺳﯾﺎرة اﻟواردة ﻓﻲ ﻛﺗﯾب دﻟﯾل اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدم‬
understand the use instructions of the vehicle(s) in the user manual. And also the
warranty terms, conditions, and all sale related queries were answered.
13. The Toyota manufacturer’s vehicle warranty is for three (3) years or 100,000
kilometres whichever comes first, and is applicable for all Toyota vehicles. Light commercial
vehicles are subject to an extended coverage up to five (5) years or 300,000 kilometres
whichever comes first (terms and conditions apply)
14. The parties agree that in the event of Value Added Tax (VAT) being levied or
introduced by the government authorities in the jurisdiction where the Company is
incorporated and/or tax resident the Company reserves the right to charge VAT at the
prevailing VAT rate in respect of any supply made under this Agreement. The Purchaser
shall pay the amount of any such VAT as an addition to the invoice value.

‫ ﯾﺣﺗﻔظ اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺣﻖ ﻓﻲ ﻓرض ﺿرﯾﺑﺔ اﻟﻘﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﻣﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻣﻌّدﻟﮭﺎ‬،‫ ُﻣﻘﯾﻣﺎ ً داﻓﻌﺎ ً ﻟﻠﺿراﺋب ﺑﮭﺎ‬/ ً ‫اﻟﻘﺿﺎﺋﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﻛون اﻟﺑﺎﺋﻊ ﻣؤّﺳﺳﺎ‬
‫ وﯾدﻓﻊ اﻟﻣﺷﺗري ﻣﺑﻠﻎ ﺿرﯾﺑﺔ اﻟﻘﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﻣﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺗﻠك ﻛﺈﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ ﻗﯾﻣﺔ‬.‫اﻟﺳﺎﺋد ﻓﯾﻣﺎ ﯾﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺄي ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﺗورﯾد ﺑﻣوﺟب ھذه اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺔ‬
