Congratulations! Further to your application for employment with us, we are pleased to offer you the role of
“Sales Executive“at “iTech – Apple Authorised Reseller” in Rourkela, Orissa, as per the following
terms and conditions.

You are requested to report on duty, on or before 21st March’2022 at the iTech Store, Rourkela at
11:00AM. You’re your Salary will be Rs.13000 (in hand after all standard deduction). Please note in
case, you fail to join/ report on duty on the above mentioned date, then the offer shall stand VOID and
automatically withdrawn.

You are requested to submit the following documents on the day of joining for processing the appointment
letter.

1. Government ID – Voter ID card, Pan Card, Aadhar Card.2. Date of Birth Proof Certificate3. Qualification
Certificate 4. Professional attainments and work Experience 5. No Dues Certificate and Relieving letter.6.
Last Two month’s salary slip and appointment letter of current employer.6. Two copies Passport size
color photographs, 7.Aadhar Card of all Family members,8.1 Copy colored family photograph(full length)
9.Passbook of any bank account.(Note –Please carry above documents –Original & Xerox Copy). All relevant
documents must be deposited to HR & Admin at the Day of Joining, if not then the joining process will not
be completed and it will be pending due to insufficient/unavailability of documents for which your agreement
may void / cancelled.

Your employment will be governed by the rules, regulations and policies of the company. The terms of this
letter and terms mutually agreed shall remain confidential and are not being disclosed to any third party. A
detailed appointment / Trainee / FTC letter, along with the terms mutually agreed upon will be issued to you
after joining the company.

If you are agreeing to accept our offer, as per above terms and condition, kindly send us a line of
confirmation as a token of acceptance from your end within 3 days.
