Dear Parents,
As per the orders of the Government of Punjab, dated, 01.08.2021, the schools are permitted to re-
open physically for all the classes from 02/08/2021. Our school will reopen from 4th of August, 2021.

In the wake of the aforementioned announcement, I wish to bring to your notice the following very
important matters you must bear in mind and cooperate with the school authorities to comply with the
Government guidelines while re-opening the school.
Kindly note the following:
I. School Timing, Health care & Precautions regarding the Corona Virus
1. The School will function from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
2. Children should submit the consent Form duly filled and signed by their parents to the class
teachers.
II Physical attendance in the school is by choice and not mandatory.
1. Children must wear a mask at all times. (They must carry an extra mask in their bag)
2. Even though the school has installed hands-free hand-sanitizers at strategic points, children
should bring their own hand-sanitizers as well.
3. Only those children who are of good health to attend the school must be sent to the school.
4. If any person in the family is suffering from fever, sore throat, body ache or symptoms which
appear to be even remotely related to Covid -19, from such family children should not be sent to the
school.
III. Food, Washroom & Movement of Children inside the school
1. Children should carry with them as Tiffin food that is easy to eat and it should be hygienically
wrapped in silver foil and put it into the Tiffin box so as to protect it from getting contaminated.
2. It is strongly recommended that children bring their own water bottles, containing water from
their homes. They can refill their bottles in the school.
3. Children should maintain safe distance everywhere in the campus and inside the school building,
in the washrooms, etc.
4. Children are not allowed to remain collected as a group in front of the school gate or anywhere
in the campus. They must keep safe distance from one another.
5. Children should avoid touching any surface which can be reasonably avoided, such, as Railings
on the staircase, door knobs, switch boards or any other frequently touched surface.
6. Children should follow the guidelines set by the school with regard to their movements to place
to place, in the campus and within the school building, corridors, etc.
IV Decorum
1. Children should not touch any surface unnecessarily.
2. Children should not hug, shake hands with fellow students.
3. Children should always maintain at least six feet distance with others
4. Children will attend school in School Uniform.

V. Physical attendance in the school is by choice and not mandatory. Parents of those students who
wish to attend the school must submit their written consent by filling up the consent Form given
below.

VI. Transport
The school encourages parents to drop the children to school and pick them up till the pandemic restrictions
lasts. However, those parents, who wish to avail the school transport, must inform the vehicle operators and
make the necessary arrangements with them on their own. Every child who wishes to attend the classes
must send the consent letter from the parents by 3rd of August 2021. Please fill this form given below, and
WhatsApp it to the Class teacher or submit the hard copy of it latest by tomorrow (03/08/2021) so that the
school can make necessary arrangements for the same.
