LEAD SECURITY MOBILE :-

RI/MTO, CPC will depute one (01) Ar. officer (with small Arm) and 03 Consts. (A) (with automatic
weapon)with Lead Security Mobile to reach Maitypara on 06.07.2024 at 08.00 hrs. for escorting the
protectee upto Swetpur More (.)

SLO :-
RI CPC is requested to detail one SLO in plain cloth to cover entire journey within Commissionerate
jurisdiction from Maitypara to Swetpur More during journey through this Commissionerate jurisdiction as
per programme on 06.07.2024(.)

DM Hooghly is requested to instruct RTO, Hooghly to detail MVI (Technical Expert) to check said Lead
Security Mobile properly for mechanically sound fitness as guidelines of Yellow Book of Ministry of Home
Affairs, Govt. of India (.)

ANTI-SABOTAGE CHECKING :

AS Checking Team of SB CPC will perform AS Checking duty on 06.07.2024 from 08.00 hrs. during journey
of the protectee from Maitypara to Swetpur More under Chandannagar PC jurisdiction. They will
thoroughly check the route, venues & vehicles to be detailed for the convoy of the dignitary as well as place
of tour/ visit/ stay /meeting. The said team will also conduct anti-sabotage checking at the Safe
Houses/Medical center before deployment of uniform police personnel. ACP SB CPC will detail the AS
Checking Team (.)

MTO CPC will provide vehicle for this purpose for CPC jurisdiction.

SAFE HOUSE
In case of any emergency, at the time of journey through this Commissionerate one Safe House viz. i.
Dankuni Coal Complex Guest House under Dankuni PS ii. Office Chamber of In-Charge Pearapur OP will
arrange have been earmarked for the Protectee on the way of journey has been earmarked for the
Protectee duty on 06.07.2024 from 08.00 hrs. (.) IC Dankuni PS and IC Serampore PS will arrange to make
necessary liaison with concerned authority and make necessary police arrangements for the same during
journey/ stay/ visit of the Protectee (.)

IC Dankuni PS / IC Serampore PS will detail uniform police personnel to perform duty at the above safe
house under Dankuni PS and jurisdiction on date and time (.)

IC Dankuni PS / IC Serampore PS will detail plain cloth police personal to perform duty at the above safe
house under Dankuni PS and Office Chamber of In-Charge Pearapur TOP under Serampore PS
jurisdiction on date and time (.)

EMERGENCY MEDICAL CENTRE:-

Serampore Walsh Hospital under Serampore PS has been earmarked as Emergency Medical Centre under
Chandannagar PC Jurisdiction in case of any emergency at the time of journey of the VIP (.) On completion
of Anti-Sabotage Checking IC Serampore PS will detail necessary strength of officers and force in the said
Medical Centres in his PS jurisdiction on 06.07.2024 from 08.00 hrs. so that no unauthorized person can
enter there till final departure of the dignitary from the Chandannagar PC jurisdiction (.)

ACP SB CPC will detail plain cloth police personal at Emergency Medical Centre in plain cloth i.e. Serampore
Walsh Hospital under Serampore PS on date and time (.)

IC Serampore PS will inform the Superintendent/In-charge of Serampore Walsh Hospital to make necessary
arrangements accordingly(.)

CMOH Hooghly has been requested to arrange to depute one well conditioned and fully equipped
Ambulance at Emergency Medical Centre at Serampore Walsh Hospital under Serampore PS with Medical
Teams and sufficient quantities of blood to remain static at Serampore Walsh Hospital on 06.07.2024 from
08.00 hrs. till final departure of the VIP (.)

DM, Hooghly/ADM (G), Hooghly is requested please give necessary instruction to CMOH, Hooghly for
arranging the same(.)

SECURITY ARRANGEMENT :-
Concerned ICs of the PSs in consultation with their superiors will make adequate security arrangement
according to the necessity of the grou`nd reality and ensure that no untoward incident takes place during
Stay/Visit/ journey of the VIP under their respective PS jurisdiction (.) They will also depute necessary
strength of officers and force in consultation with superior for enroute security of the VIP during movement
thorough this Commissionerate jurisdiction (.)

TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS :

ACP Traffic-I, CPC & ACP-Traffic II being assist by concerned TIs of CPC will make necessary traffic
arrangement under Chandannagar PC jurisdiction on date and time and depute necessary strength of traffic
personal from their own resource at the vulnerable traffic points for smooth passage/ security
arrangements of the convoy of the Protectee (.)

R.T. MOBILE:

Concerned ICs of the PSs under CPC will ensure that the R.T. Mobile of PSs should ply in their respective PS
jurisdiction on 06.07.2024 from 08.00 hrs. till the Protectee finally leaves this Commissionerate jurisdiction
during of journey(.)

TELECOMMUNICATION

Inspr. Control Room, CPC& Inspr. Telecom, CPC being assisted by OC, Sadar Control Room, Chandannagar
PC/ SRIC, Chinsurah/ SRIC, Serampore will keep close contact with Control Room of Hooghly Rural and SB,
Howrah/Barrackpore about the location and movement of the Protectee and inform Officers of Lead
Security Mobile and Superior Officers accordingly(.)

OC Control Room CPC will inform the supervisory officer accordingly (.)

MAKING OVER OF THE CONVOY:

SP DIB Hooghly Rural PD is requested to arrange to relieve Chandannagar PC LSM on 06.07.2024 well in
advance at Swetpur More at the time of journey (.)

SUPERVISION & CHARGE:-

ADCP Traffic CPC being assisted by ACP Traffic-I CPC and ACP Traffic- II CPC will supervise & remain in
charge of the Police arrangement under Chandannagar PC jurisdiction (.)

DCP Chandannagar & DCP Serampore please supervise the Police arrangement in their respective zone (.)
