OFFLINE EXAM PHASE-II

Dear Parent,

This is to inform you that the school is providing another opportunity to students of class-XI,
who could not appear for offline Annual Exams due to medical reasons or could not achieve
desired result (33%) in TERM-II –FINAL Exam in the subject mentioned below. Hence, your
ward HARDIK RAWAT of Class/Sec XIE has to appear for offline Annual Exam in subject (1)
Physics, subject (2) Maths as per the schedule given below:

Instructions for appearing in offline exam-phase-II

 Retest will be conducted offline from 8:00am to 11:45am in the school premises.
 It is mandatory for the students to wear masks and carry sanitizer.
 Students should carry their own water bottle. Stationary items should be carried in
transparent pouch.
 Mobiles are not allowed in the school premises.
*It is mandatory for him/her to clear the exam to be promoted to the next class.
