You willat present be based at SJK -DELHI. However, you are liable to be transferred
to any of the company's establishments/works or to any other company in our group
in India or outside as and when required. In such event you will be required to join
duty within the time as stipulated in such transfer order.
04) TRAINING, PROBATION AND CONFIRMATION:
You will be on probation for a period of Six months. You will be considered for
confirmation in your service after the completion of the probationary period subject
to your work, conduct and general performance being found satisfactory. Until
confirmed in writing you willcontinue to be treated as a probationary employee.
05) RETIREMENT AGE:
You shall retire from the services of the Company on attaining the age of 60 years.
06) OTHER CONDITIONSOF EMPLOYMENT:
1. That the employee will serve the company of the employer efficiently and diligently
and to the best of his ability and that he will devote his whole time to the duties of
the service and will not engage directly or indirectly in any trade, business or
occupation on his own account and that he will not abstain from work without
having first obtained permission from the superior or his authorised officer.
3. Your employment shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Company as
may be in force from time to time. Breach on your part of any terms and conditions
of this appointment and any other rules made applicable to you in respect of your
employment with us will entail termination of your employment without notice.
4. If and when any information furnished by you in your application regarding your
qualification, age or experience is found to be incorrect or untrue you will be liable
for termination and/or such action as deemed fit.
5. That the said employee shallsubmit himself to the orders of the employer and of the
officers and authorities under the employer as the employee may from time to time
be placed by the employer and will at all time obey the rules prescribed for the
regulation of the conduct of business of the employer.
6. That in the event of misconduct on the part of the employee or of a breach of term
of anyof the contribution herein specified "the employer" may at any time dispense
with his services without notice or compensation thereof.
7. That it shall be lawful for the employer if satisfied on the medical evidence that the
employee is unfit and is likely for a considerable period to continue unfit by reason
of ill-health for the discharge of his duties, to determine the service under this
agreement and thereupon his services shall be terminated.
8. The employer, if satisfied with the performance of the employee, may sanction the
annual increment at their sole discretion based on performance appraisal. However,
the employee cannot claim this as a matter of right.
9. Further, upon satisfactory performance of the employee the employer may place
him in a higher grade with better benefits as the case may be at their sole discretion.
10. If required, you will have to travel on Company's business for which traveling
expenses and other out-of-pocket expenses will be paid to you in accordance with
the rules of the company for the time being in force.
During your probation initially fixed or subsequently extended or at the end of it,
your services can be terminated without notice or without any compensation in lieu
thereof. However, you will be entitled to resign during this period with a prior
written one month intimation.
After confirmation your services may be terminated at any time by either party
giving two months' notice in writing or two month's salary in lieu of the notice to
you.
08) DISPUTE:
Any dispute between yourself and the Company concerning with or relating to or
arising out of this appointment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of and be
determined by a Court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Coimbatore only.
Your appointment is subject to your being found physically fit by the Company's
Medical Advisor.
